The cave you fear to enter holds the treasure you seek

you know what? Sometimes I really hate the truth...and sometimes, I love it. But most often times, its a bit of both.

Like this quote from Joseph Campbell ⬇️

"the cave you fear to enter holds the treasure you seek".

Why? Because these words ⬆️are ALWAYS true.

Recently, I had an epic adventure of a VERY different kind (NOT the 4x4 Zimbabwe trip which I will post more about in the next few weeks - I'm so behind on those updates!)

It was another INTERNAL adventure that I chose.

More exploration.

More growth.

And I’ll share much more soon.

Each time I CHOOSE do something deep, something that stirs the essence of my being, there is often some small amount of trepidation beforehand.

Because it's unknown. And that can be scary.

And yet, I keep choosing to go into the 'cave'. Time and time again.

Whether that is deep transformational coaching; or a therapy-based process; or working with my subconscious mind through my body...there are so many ways I have gone deep.

Why?

Because, thankfully, I've now had so many experiences, that I KNOW, no matter what happens, and no matter what I am worried about in this growth space, the rewards for me are HUGE.

HUGE. Every time. I simply cannot be the same person afterwards - and that is a beautiful thing.

I know how hard it is to reach out.

To start something new.

To face what might be in the 'cave'.

And that often stops you from doing the very thing you need to do to move forward.

But time and again it has been my utter pleasure to be the companion that goes into the cave with you. To guide you.

So, if you recognise that you'd like to make change, or you need to make change, but you feel afraid... know that this is SO normal.

Reach out - DM or email me - to find out more about how I could be by your side as you grow through the next stage.

Because it is always easier to do it together.

Even if the cave you fear to enter seems too dark.

I'll be your light.

Freedom awaits 💫
